Not all sources of Vitamin C are created equal. Some Vitamin C isn’t even made from REAL food.

The label has pictures of oranges but the back says: “Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid).”

This tricks people into thinking their C comes from real food. When really, synthetic ascorbic acid is from GMO corn syrup made with volatile acids.
