How big are the capsules?

The capsules are 1’ length. We recommend taking them with a glass of water. If you have difficulty swallowing you might try swallowing the capsules with a smoothie or apple sauce.

How should I store Dr. Tobias Omega 3 Fish Oil?

Our Fish Oil is safely secured in a sealed air-tight container to prevent light and oxygen exposure. Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is fine but not required. Do not freeze, as this may cause the capsules to crack.

Is Dr. Tobias Omega 3 Fish Oil in triglyceride or ethyl ester form?

Our Fish Oil is delivered in the ethyl ester form. The ethyl ester form of Omega 3 is absorbed by endothelial cells of the intestinal lining, resulting in a slower, more sustained uptake of EPA and DHA, an advantage of this form of Omega 3.
